Double Bladed Knife to Cut Fiber Ropes

The blade is thick so as not to break or bend itself when cutting fish head off or other tough parts of fish.

DEBA and SASHIMI knives are made with a steel blade made in Japan and offer excellent sharpness.
Not like stainless steel ones, however, steel blades require good maintenance to keep their sharpness and prevent them from getting rusted.
You may also want to use it for whetting steel MAKIRI blades or steel scissors.
